Staff were helpful, even calling a taxi for us to get to the cenote. Breakfast was included and freshly made, good choices. Room was very large and had smart TV all set up. Walking distance into the main area.

The hotel is really nice: rooms are named after cenotes. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped, the bed was very comfortable. The spa bath on the terrace (more a small pool than a jacuzzi) was really good to relax after a long day out exploring. The availability of a private parking at this location was a huge plus! Finally the breakfast was so delicious and the portions were quite big, so good.

Good, budget option. Clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Parking place. Good starting point for Chichen Itza and cenotes around. Easy to find from the main roads.

The vibe was nice, the orange colours and the blue pool looked welcoming after a long drive. The food is very good at the restaurant, the pibil chicken and the burger were both great! We did have a small balcony - although there was no view, but the fresh air came through.

The location was great, the facilities looked clean and in general everything was working fine except a few details, but it is a nice hotel.

Friendly welcome. Very nice interior design and concept of the room, however the room was small. Good WIFI and AC. Good breakfast, good service. Nice pool and parking just outside of the room

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times and it's great for a quick stop in Valladolid. The pool is lovely and the rooms are quite spacious. The parking is convenient but a bit tight for space!

Good breakfast. Room depends on type of room as we had 2 rooms - on the ground floor - rooms are pretty small, dark and noise. 2nd room we had much bigger and more silent. Otherwise nice play to stay.

Great value for money considering we were there only for few hours and going from a location to another one. Staff won't be there early in the morning, so don't checkout before 8am. Beds and rooms are good, great parking service considering how busy Valladolid can be.

-Great value for money! -The location is superb. -We stayed overnight just before going to Chichen Itza -Great location in order to wander through colorful streets (houses) of Vallidolid. -We really enjoyed our spacious room and mini terrace. -The staff is super friendly & helpful! -Breakfast was nice (one meal option; a toast with papaya jam and one drinks option)
